This tube assembly from the Transducer to the check valve is part of the Intelligent Intake Valve found in the ACQUITY Binary Solvent Manager.
Use these doppler flowmeters measure the flow of liquids in pipes from 1/4" and larger. Each flowmeter requires a transducer (32615-66 or -68) and a monitor (32615-60, -62, or -64).|The transducers send flow data via RG59 coax cable to the monitor, and the monitor¿s software automatically adjusts filtering parameters and gain settings to ensure reliable readings are ensured over a wide range of liquid and reflector conditions. Easily configure the monitor using the front panel keypad. A two-line backlit LCD displays rate and accumulated flow values in user selected measuring units. Models 32615-62 and -64 have a 4 to 20 mA input and output for datalogging or recording. A 4 to 20 mA input must be supplied for a 4 to 20 mA output. The monitor is housed in a NEMA 4X (IP-66) enclosure. The NEMA 6 (IP67) rating has the ability to work with temperatures up to 400¿F (200¿C).
The EchoSonic II™ general purpose two-wire ultrasonic transmitter provides non-contact level measurement up to 32.8 ft (10 m), and is well suited for challenging ultrapure, corrosive, slurry or waste liquids. The transmitter is broadly selected for atmospheric bulk storage, day tank, waste sump, process vessel, IBC tote, 55-gallon drum and waste sump applications. Media examples include acetic acid and resin.
The Fob USB interface tool (LI99-1001) is necessary to change EchoSonics from the factory configuration. One Fob will configure multiple EchoSonics.

The FORT Force Transducers are reliable tools for high precision force measurement. Using balanced semiconductor strain gauges, the force transducer produces linear output voltage versus applied force input with very little deflection.
