- Note – If no repair has occurred during the contract period the Customer must contact the Thermo Scientific™ NanoDrop™ Tech Support Team at 1-877-724-7690, option #4 or email at nanodrop@thermofisher.com to initiate the PM entitlement
- Unlimited repair return service at Unity™ Lab Services Depot Repair Facility, including all parts, labor and shipping costs associated with the service
- Priority overnight shipping (Domestic) and Priority International shipping (Canada) to and from Unity™ Lab Services Depot Repair Facility
